Transfer Policy

The mailboxes you add to the transfer queue should be legitimate, managed by you or your customers, and not related to any spam/scam activity in any way. We reserve the right to decide what is spam/scam based on the information we learn.
Mailbox transfers can only occur with the explicit consent of the mailbox owner. By adding a mailbox transfer to the queue, the customer claims themselves as the mailbox owner and is granting Mango Mail the right to access and download content from the account.
A mailbox transfer will involve temporary access to the source account and be limited to the duration of the transfer. Once the transfer has finished processing, Mango Mail will no longer access the mailbox and any stored credentials will be immediately expunged.
The number of concurrent transfers a user can queue is based on their plan along with limitations on message count. Circumventing these limits in any way is against our policy and can result in service termination.
Mango Mail will not allow transfers from any blacklisted servers. These actions are taken to ensure the security of all users on our servers. You can request information on blacklist removal by contacting support.
Violations of these policies should be sent to our Support Team either through our contact form or directly to [email protected]. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition may result in account termination.
Mango Mail cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss of a transfer. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their transfer had executed properly. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account or transfer, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as Mango Mail sees fit.
Certain folders will not be transferred including, but not limited to, "Spam", "Junk", and "Trash".
Excluding cases of fraud and intentional spam, we do not share your information with any third party. We do not read the contents of emails unless explicitly requested by customers. We do review logs that include sender, recipient, and subject when you make a support request.
Mango Mail reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. We also retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notification.
