Introduction
Before you can start creating mailboxes with Mango Mail, you’ll need to set up the proper Domain Name System (DNS) records. In this case we will be using Domain.com, but the same steps can be applied to other domain registrars.
Prerequisites
- Create and set up your Mango Mail account.
- Own a domain with Domain.com.
- Add your domain through the Mango Dashboard.
Step 1. Go to your domain's overview page in the Domain.com dashboard.
Step 2. Scroll down to the "Advanced Tools" section.
Step 3. Expand the section and click "Manage" next to "Advanced DNS Records".
If this is your first time editing DNS records, you may see a warning prompt. Simply press "continue" to move forward.
Step 4. Click "Add Record".
Step 5. Use the "Add Advanced DNS Record" window to create your records.
Step 6. Create the records shown on the DNS Setup page of your Mango Mail dashboard.
Step 7. Finally, return to the Mango Dashboard and click "Check DNS".
